Pace Integration is a start-up founded to disrupt the market of the traditional technology consultancies. We pride ourselves on being differentiated from the typical System Integrators. Integration is critical to digital transformation in many use-cases which used to be undervalued, and in many ways misunderstood. After completing formal training to obtain your accredited certification, you will swiftly transition to your initial client project, receiving support from our team of experts and many and learning opportunities. We offer hybrid working, therefore there is flexibility in home/work balance. All of our team members are provided with support on a daily basis from peers/project managers to support productivity. One of our core values is “Transparency”; therefore, we encourage openness at all times, as each employee has a unique situation.
Workload varies, depending on the stage of the project(s) cycle. Some days can be very busy, but they are often balanced out by other days that are quiet where you have time to focus on your key actions.
